What is DEPRESSION...   As you know, in quarantine all the people are at home. Mostly people are deppressed because of disturbance of their routine and everything is disturbed due to covid 19. They are to come out of it to do something. Make your routine like that you can live better and come out of depression.                                                                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                          

  1.  Stay connected with people...

 

  As you are away from your friends and you missed your friends and enjoyment with friends so you are depressed, you can contact them on social media and on social media you can also connect with other people you can talk to them.                                                                                                                     

    2. Play outdoor games........                                                                                   

 You play outdoor games with your younger sibblings who got always complain for you that you never play with them. It will give you alot of joy spend more time with family. you can play hide and seek, rope skipping and many more.                                                                                                                                   


 3. Eat healthy......                                                                                         

  Eat healthy food like fruits, vegetables, meet, eggs etc and that you like to eat and which gives you joy. Drink plenty of water because water is very essential for health. Stop taking caffein and drugs to keep yourself healthy.

                                                                                                                                                           

  4. Do exercise.......                                                                                      

 Exercise is very essential for health. Do exercise in the morning in the lawn or in courtyard of your house. Make exercise a fun for you. Take fresh air. walk in fresh air it gives ao of joy.                                                                                                                                                               

 5. Have fun...

    Watch television with family or watch exiting, funny, or horror movie with your family or have a family dinner or have fun.  Play guittar sing songs or anything else like this..                                                                                                                                                    


  Stop taking drugs...

 Stay at home, stay safe.
