As well in summers you have notice that the  variety of fruits which we get is totally different from and vegetables also is different from what we get during the winters.

Bananas are high in protein and I'm sorry they are high in potassium which is again excellent to keep the body cool so if your diet is again and of course I was talking about the lemon water and am Kona and your other drinks which you are having which cool the body the more the water you drink the cooler your body remains.
