The secret to staying healthy:


 1.  Be sure to eat a clove of garlic daily.







It is very important, as clove are antioxidants, it gives power to our body to fight with free radicles that are obviously harmful for us
Garlic is also very beneficial.
It lower blood pressure, cholesterol, quell inflammation and many more benefits.



 2.  Be sure to use boiled eggs for breakfast.






Boiled eggs should be the most important part of our food.

Eggs have protein which makes our muscles. Eggs also have vitamin A, vitamin D, calcium, and iron



 3.  Use an apple in the morning.







You must have listened, " an apple a day, keeps doctor away".

It is clear with this proverb, an apple is enough for being healthy.



 4.  Use dry bread instead of ghee bread.






As ghee has cholesterol and fats, that's why it has the risk of being obese, and obviously obesity is itself  a disease and also causes many other diseases.



 5.  Drink 12 glasses of water a day in any case.
