There are many
different things in our lives that
contribute to being healthy, or being
healthier.
In this blog, I'm gonna go
over seven major factors that contribute
to leading a healthier life.
*1; Eat better...
Eat better so I think, this one's kind of
a given, we have all at some point, seen
some reference to research that links
poor nutrition to many diseases, a lesser
quality of life and a shorter life span
good quality foods.
Such as fruits and
vegetables provide our bodies with
energy, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Which
in turn, enhance proper bodily function.
Eat vegetables and fruits.Because the fruits and vegetables have the above mentioned nutrients. Proteins, make your body mass and provides you more energy, and fibers are the solution of many harmful and fatal diseases.
And yes, also eat dry fruits, very inportant for our health.
Set a diet plan.
*2; Exercise...
Exercise, research has shown
that exercise can decrease your risk of
many diseases, and enhance your quality
of life.
It can also improve your mental
health, strengthen muscles, and bones, help
to control your weigh,t prevent Falls, get
better sleep, improve memory, give you
more energy, and most importantly, increase your chances of living longer.
If you don't go to any gym yet, so join it now. Join a gym that is very far from your house, and go to the gym daily by foot, so that you also take a walk. Because it is so important to go in a gym and workout daily, specially for men.
*3; Move more and more...
Move more, just moving your
body can improve your health with the
advancements in technology, sedentary
lifestyles have gotten greater and
greater phones, tablets, and being able to
watch TV anywhere, anytime, has brought
everyday bodily movement to an all-time
low.
Moving your body more can improve
circulation oxygen, use heart health and
sleep.
Move more and more means, you should not only do walk or lift weights, but also you should move you hands, arms, shoulders, feet, and and every part of your body.
The movement of body parts gives you strength.
*4; Take a good sleep....
Sleep better lack of
sleep has been linked to an increased
risk of many diseases, as well as lack of
productivity, good quality sleep has been
shown to improve memory, decrease stress, increase creativity, and increase
athletic performance.
Sleep is as important as eating in our lives. So, take a good sleep, and that is about 7 to 8 hours per day.
According to a research, it is estimated that incomplete sleep can increase your weight.
You can also sleep on floor, it is also very beneficial for health.
You can also use matris for sleeping
*5; Spend time with people...
Spend time with people, lack
of social connections have been shown to
increase stress, impaired immune system
function, and cardiovascular function
having strong quality.
Connections with
other people improves self-confidence, mental health, and energy levels.
Social media has made people far, It doesn't mean that you should not use social media.
Use social media, but in the limits. When it is urgent, and you think that you can't do any work without using it, then of course it.
Today, people are talking to each other but on social media, where you even, can't see the expressions of the front person, to whom are you talking.
It is really so embarrassing for the people, that the front person, to whom are you talking, send you the smiling emoji, but he is not really smiling with you. And he is not happy to talk with you.
Connect with more and more people, by doing so, your knowledge will also increase and you can come to know about other. How they live, what they eat, about their customs, religion and much more.

*6;Exercise your brain...
Exercise your brain, more young going
to school and learning math, science, and
history, our brain is being challenged
and stimulated regular as we get older
and get set into a regular routine and
exercise.
Our brains less and less we
process information more slowly and our
working memory diminishes, your brain
benefits from learning new things taking
part in new activities, and interacting
with other people.
Your brain, like
muscles and joints needs to be exercised.
When you try to memorize something, it is the time when you exercising your brain.
*7;Decrease your stress...
Try to decrease your stress, because stress is so dangerous, for physical health, as well as mantle health.
Decreased stress, stress can
cause fatigue lead to sleep problems, overeating, alcohol abuse, and depression.
All of which can negatively affect your
health learning to manage, in your life is a must reducing stress
in your life can improve energy levels, improve your ability to focus on tasks, improve your relationships with others, and most of all severely increase
happiness, living a healthier life leads
to living a happier life.
Self-reflection
is a powerful tool, to improving your life so take a look at each of these seven factors and see which ones you can improve on and the future.
